In 2015, Binh Duong is expected to open 94 vocational training classes with 17 different skills for 2,540 rural laborers with a total estimated expense of nearly VND8.4bln. There were 725 rural laborers getting vocational training in the first half of the year or 29.6% of the yearly plan.
Giving vocational training for rural laborers is to improve the quality, quantity and effectiveness of vocational training work, professionalize rural laborers, contributing to shifting labor and economic structure at the local socio-economic development plan till 2020. This is also a practical deed to build up competent officials, civil servants at requirements on administrative management work, especially in the field of vocational training to be able to well realize the cause of industrialization and modernization in agriculture and rural areas under the Party and State’s policy.
