Late July 14, leader of Binh Duong Provincial Department of Education and Training together with its professional boards and divisions had a working session with Ben Cat Sub-department of Education and Training regarding the preparation for the new school year of 2015-2016.
Preparing for the new school year, Ben Cat Town Sub-department of Education and Training coordinates with functional agencies to boost up construction and repair progress and to purchase and add up teaching and learning aided equipment. Accordingly, in Ben Cat Town, 26 schools are being repaired and innovated at the cost of VND 9.2 billion. Equipment purchase is valued at about VND 4 billion. It is expected that Ben Cat Town will have nearly 31,300 school students increased by 4,928 students from previous year. To ensure space for allocation of such students, the Sub-department has divided up enrollment sections and reduce half-day-stay classes.
At the working session, Mrs. Nguyen Hong Sang, Deputy Director of Binh Duong Provincial Department of Education and Training called upon its sub-department in Ben Cat Town to propose to Ben Cat Town People’s Committee the additional construction of schools to resolve the year-on-year growing population of the students.
