Early April 25, the Trade Union of Ben Cat city-based Industrial Parks (IPs) summarized its emulation and reward movement among workers in the period of 2020 and 2025.
Over the past 5 years, more than 500 initiatives of workers were highly appreciated by businesses and widely applied in the actual production of businesses, bringing them billions of dong. Through the emulation movement for excellent and creative workers, provincial People's Committee awarded 178 individuals with the certificates of merit.
In addition, the Trade Union of Ben Cat city-based Ips held a conference to honor excellent, creative workers and awarded the certificates of merit to 1,300 individuals. In the period of 2020 - 2025, the Trade Union had 5 full-time trade union officials achieving the title of "Grassroots-level Emulation Soldiers" and 36 full-time trade union officials achieving the title of "Advanced Workers".
The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded 5 comprehensive emulation flags, the certificates of merit to 19 collectives and 297 individuals. Provincial Labor Union awarded 26 comprehensive emulation flags, the certificates of merit to 269 collectives and 745 individuals. The Trade Union of Ben Cat city-based IPs awarded the certificates of merit to 687 collectives and 3,245 individuals.
On this occasion, the Trade Union of Ben Cat city-based Ips launched the emulation movement for the period of 2025 - 2030 and launched the 2025 Workers' Month - Month of Action on occupational safety and hygiene; commended 30 collectives and 111 individuals for their excellent performance in the patriotic emulation movement for the period of 2020 - 2025.
