The whole province has introduced jobs to 70,857 laborers, including 46,179 ones with new jobs in 2011, according to provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
As of Oct.2011, the province also opened 42 vocational training classes for 1,200 rural laborers with many different skills: computer repair, hairdressing, sewing, livestock breeding, welding…, getting 61% of the projection
