The provincial People’s Council chairman Vu Minh Sang grants third class Labor Orders to individuals.
In the half of the past term, protection of right and legitimate interests for trade unionists, public servants and workers has been paid attention by all level locals. As of the end of 2010, there were 416,817 out of 467,390 laborers signing labor contracts, winning 89% whilst 804 out of 1,550 businesses set up locals and signed collective labor agreements…
All level locals have had 37 locations of legal consultancy, offering consultancies for about 5,000 people via telephone, email… Besides, the locals have held legal promulgation for over 500,000 workers across 1,250 businesses.
Sang highly valued achievements done by locals and asked locals to renovate activity forms and training for labor union employees at foreign companies… In addition, locals should hold dialogues between local leaders and laborers to solve obstacles and minimize strikes and go-slows.
On the occasion, 4 individuals were granted third class Labor Orders by the State President.
