Late December 9, TDM city’s Steering Committee of the “All people consolidate to build up cultural life in residential quarters” movement held a conference to review its activities in 2014.
In 2014, the city continued promoting the “All people consolidate to build up cultural life in residential quarters” movement among locals, making it become a great patriotic emulation movement. The city’s Steering Committees of the campaign at all levels jointly held 974 propaganda shows on regulations to implement the campaign with nearly 52,000 participants.
As a result, there were 43,336 households winning the title of cultural ones or 95.41% of total; 101 out of 118 wards with the title of cultural ones or 85.59%; 1,573 lodging facilities recognized as cultural ones or 96.33% of total. The city’s 3 wards of Phu Cuong, Hiep Thanh, Hiep An also met standards on urban civilization.
