Implementing the program of "accompanying women in border areas" launched by the Central Vietnamese Women's Union, the Women's Union of Binh Chuan ward in Thuan An city organized a trip to support women and children ethnic minority children in extremely difficult circumstances in the border areas in Tan Thanh and Phuoc Thien communes of Bu Dop district in Binh Phuoc province.
The delegation visited and gave gifts to 50 poor women and 50 disadvantaged students who are ethnic minorities. Gifts include cake, milk, rice, noodles and VND 200,000 in cash at totally over VND 55 million. This is a meaningful program, demonstrating the good tradition of "mutual love and affection" of the nation, contributing to share the difficulties. It is known that before, during and after the 2022 Lunar New Year, associations across the province have organized many meaningful programs of "Accompanying women in border areas".
