Early August 27, the Youth Federation branch of the Personnel Department under provincial Business Bloc’s Youth Union held a get-together for more than 200 members.
At the get-together, the Youth Federation branch informed members of its activities over the past time and orientations in the coming time. Over the past time, it regularly got involved in such meaningful activities as visiting and presenting gifts to poor households in Ben Cat town’s Tan Hung commune; exchanging with officials, soldiers at Border Post 779 and offering mid-autumn gifts to needy households in Binh Phuoc province’s Bu Gia Map district; taking part in a festival for young workers organized by provincial Business Bloc’s Youth Union, disseminating the Party and State’s policies, laws among workers; responding to the summer youth volunteer campaign 2017…
Members of the branch also raised more than VND140million for building a house of compassion for a poor household in the Mekong Delta province of Vinh Long, presenting 1,200 gifts to needy households in two other Mekong Delta provinces, namely Vinh Long and Ben Tre.
