Provincial Labor Union has sped up law dissemination, aiming to minimize the situation of spontaneously quitting jobs among laborers at non-State businesses. This has continued to helping the province improve laborers’ legal knowledge, ensuring social order-security and promote businesses’ stable development.

Tsuchiya Tsco Vietnam Co.Ltd. under Japan’s Tsuchiya Corporation is specialized in manufacturing products for automobile and home appliance industries…The company now has a total of around 200 employees. Over the past time, the company paid more attention to law dissemination among employees. This helped them know more about their responsibilities, rights and interests while actively taking part in the movement of creating technical initiatives, saving production costs, bringing the annual benefit of billions of dong to the company.
Huynh Thi Kim Phuong, member of the company’s Trade Union Executive Board said that through programs on law propaganda, employees have realized the necessity of learning about the law as well as their responsibilities in building harmonious labor relationship. Employers have also seriously carried out regulations on welfare, social insurance and health insurance for employees.
Noticeably, the company is very flexible in organizing law propaganda activities among employees. Le Bich Van, a worker of the company said that the company’s Trade Union has always created favorable conditions for employees to learn about the Labor Code and cleared away all their queries on salary, labor deals, severance pay…and others.
Raising employees’ awareness in law execution
Law dissemination for employees has recently reached in-depth development. This has been seen as one of major contents done by provincial Labor Union, contributing to changing employees’ awareness of the law execution.
Over the past 3 years, provincial Trade Unions at all levels further delivered leaflets, books on the Labor Code and organized more than 300 shows on disseminating the Labor Code, the amended Law on Trade Union, the Law on Social Insurance, the Law on Employment and national sovereignty over sea and islands for employees. Provincial Trade Unions at all levels also attached special importance to legal consultancy for employees, actively contributing to protecting their legitimate rights and interests.
Bui Thanh Nhan, Chairman of provincial Labor Union said that trade Unions at all levels of the province have regularly opened classes on legal consultancy and propaganda for employees, contributing to decreasing the number of mass labor disputes and strikes. For better results, provincial Labor Union will continue improving propaganda activities in both form and content; closely coordinate with the local sector of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Social Insurance, mass media…to accelerate law dissemination by many forms in line with each group of targeted people…
