Ben Cat Town People's Council has just implemented the supervision of the infrastructure completion of electricity, domestic water supply, transportation system, green trees, drainage, land-use right certificates among others in residential areas. The supervision team conducted field surveys in the residential areas of Chanh Phu Hoa, My Phuoc, Thoi Hoa and directly supervised agencies and units including the People's Committee of Chanh Phu Hoa ward, My Phuoc ward, Thoi Hoa ward, My Phuoc Urban - Industrial Development Establishment and Thoi Hoa Urban - Industrial Development Establishment.
Accordingly, most of the households have well abided by the policies and decisions of the State, creating conditions for the handing-over and construction of works. The supervision showed that the living situation of people after planning has been stable; social welfare works, schools, and health care units have been built in time, ensuring to serve the essential needs of the people. In addition, many businesses have invested in job creation for household members, whose lands have been for the planning to change their occupations, attracting workers from other localities to work and live and contribute to local socio-economic development.
