Some of them show economic, cultural, and social cooperation between Ho Chi Minh City and Dien Bien province, contributing to enhancing exchanges and promoting trade and investment cooperation between the two localities.

Meanwhile, 55 artistic photos on display in the area opposite Chi Lang Park introduce the beauty of famous landscape, historical sites, and tourist destinations in the northwestern provinces of Dien Bien, Hoa Binh, Son La, Lai Chau, Lao Cai, and Yen Bai; and places closely associated with the Dien Bien Phu Victory.

The Dien Bien Phu Victory 70 years ago was a triumph that resonated across continents and shook the world.

Over 56 days and nights, from March 13 to May 7, 1954, Vietnamese soldiers and citizens, through relentless courage and determination, overcame a barrage of bombs and bullets to shatter France’s Navarre Plan, bringing an end to French colonial rule in Vietnam./.
