To facilitate the timely execution of projects, People's Committee of Phu Giao district has proactively instructed relevant units to expedite compensation and site clearance for various works and projects, including the branch line of the road construction project from Tam Lap Bridge to Dong Phu, An Binh 7 Industrial Cluster, Long Binh Phat Housing Project, and the Truong An Phat Housing Project, among others.
The Ho Chi Minh City - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh expressway project, which traverses the district, spans approximately 22.5 kilometers and impacts around 678 households, individuals, and 6 organizations, necessitating the recovery of a total land area of approximately 224.5 hectares. Of this, 10 kilometers cross the land of Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company, involving a recovered area of about 72 hectares, while the remaining 12.5 kilometers affect the land of private individuals and other organizations, with a recovered area of approximately 152 hectares.
To date, the district People's Committee has issued land recovery notices to 509 out of 678 households and individuals, as well as to 3 out of 6 organizations. Furthermore, it is anticipated that 69 households and individuals designated for resettlement will be relocated by the district to Ward 9, Phuoc Vinh town.
