Reporting to the provincial delegation, the leader of the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of Phu Giao district said that there are currently 443 F0 cases in the district (according to PCR results), 1,051 F1 cases and 1,581 F2 cases. In the past few days, there were no local F0 cases in the community, mostly stemming from F1 cases turning F0. The district's health force has taken a quick test sample for 37,453 out of 101,507 people and at the same time has administered Covid-19 vaccines to 21,719 people.
In order to effectively control the Covid-19 epidemic, the district has established two special steering committees to manage the "blue" and "red" zones. Particularly in the "red zones" including 4 communes and Phuoc Vinh town, the locality is focusing on vaccination against Covid-19 to increase resistance to the entire area.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Vo Van Minh highly appreciated the efforts of the locality in timely implementing plans and solutions to improve the effectiveness of Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control to protect the "blue zones" in recent days. He also asked the locality to continue launching emulation movements in the prevention and control of deep and wide epidemics in the areas to improve the effectiveness of Covid-19 prevention and control; It is necessary to plan on disease prevention and control in the new normal state.
Each locality of the district, zones, and hamlets must make detailed plans to identify specific locations at risk of Covid-19 epidemic, not to leave F0 in the community.
