Phu Giao District Urban Management Office informed that over the period 2015-2020, the district granted 706 construction permits with a total area of 373,364m2, announced appraisal results of economic and technical reports, estimation of 429 projects; checked 14 projects before taking over and putting into use. In the period of 2021-2025, the district Urban Management Office will continue to advise the District People's Committee to organize the management of construction investment; advise the District People's Committee to grant, extend, adjust, and revoke construction permits and inspect the construction of projects according to permits granted in the district according to law.
