In 2009, a series of key building works of Phu Giao district were launched and have been put into operation so far, resulting in high efficiency of basic construction work.
The district’s basic construction work’ completion is thanks to well preparation in 2008. The total capital of the district basic construction in 2009 was over VND206bil and total quantity of implementing the works was estimated at over VND245bil, reaching 232.72% of 2009’s adjusted plan.
At present, most of rural roads leading to the district hub areas have been concreted, satisfying local residents’ goods transport. Besides, the communal health stations and schools have been built and upgraded, bringing major changes for remote localities. Some school works of Tan Hiep high school, Tay Son high school in remote communes have met local students’ learning demand.
Along with the above achievements, other works to be opened will make up a new impetus for the sake of local development. Nguyen Thanh Dung in An Thai commune revealed “Township now has many beautiful works and I feel happy for the change”.
Building works and spacious houses have been emerged along roads, helping the locality catch up with the common development of other localities in this province.
