Early November 11, Phu Giao district’s Fatherland Front Committee coordinated with the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank)’s Phu Giao branch to organize a ceremony to hand over 2 “great unity” houses to households in need of housing in Tan Hiep and Phuoc Sang communes.
Leaders of the district and Agribank’s Phu Giao branch hand over a decision on donating a “great unity” house to the family of Le Minh Ngoc
The first house was given to the family of Le Minh Ngoc, born in 1984, living in Tan Hiep commune’s hamlet 3. The house has a total area of 78 square meters with the total construction cost of VND 150 million, including VND100million for Agribank’s Phu Giao branch and the remainder from the family.
Whilst, the second house was given to the family of Nguyen Thi Vien, born in 1985, living in Phuoc Sang commune’s Tan Tien hamlet. The house has an area of 54 square meters with the total construction cost of VND 100 million, funded by Agribank’s Phu Giao branch. At the houses-giving ceremony, leaders of the district and localities gave many meaningful gifts for the two families.
*On the afternoon of November 11, the Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Thanh town in North Tan Uyen district coordinated with the Front Board of the quarter 4 to organize the 2022 Great National Unity Day.
Over the past time, the quarter’s Front Board continued improving in both operational content and form, better upholding the role of gathering and building the great unity bloc of the whole nation. In particular, the quarter created a movement of “all people unite to help each other develop the economy. The quarter’s mass organization branches also set up loan rotating funds for poor members to develop production and business models to increase their income. The spiritual life of the local people was improved constantly.
On this occasion, representatives of provincial Fatherland Front Committee and leaders of the district presented 20 gifts worth VND 25 million from the Fund "For the Poor" of the province and the district to poor and near-poor households; awarded the certificates of merit of the town's People's Committee to 25 typical cultural households for 3 consecutive years, 2 collectives and 5 individuals with many achievements in building residential communities.
