Early May 14, the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Uyen city held a conference to summarize 10 years of implementing the 12th Politburo’s Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 on “Acceleration of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality and lifestyle” in conjunction with a ceremony to commemorate the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 – May 19, 2025).
At the event, Nguyen Thi Tuyet Nhung, Permanent Vice Secretary of Tan Uyen city’s Party Committee delivered a speech in honor of the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh.
After 10 years of implementation, the Directive No. 05 has achieved significant results across the city, contributing to building up a clean, strong Party and political system. The content of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality and lifestyle has been regularly integrated into Party cell, agency, and unit meetings, thereby improving the quality of these meetings, enhancing the leadership capacity, the fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations. Grassroots Party committees, agencies and units have associated their goals, tasks and specific solutions with the actual conditions and circumstances of their respective organizations.
The implementation of the Directive No. 05 has fostered the emergence of numerous new models, creative approaches, exemplary individuals and collectives in various aspects of social life, creating wide-reaching positive influence among the people and promoting a shift from awareness to concrete actions…
On this occasion, Tan Uyen city’s Party Committee and People's Committee commended and recognized 41 exemplary collectives and 85 outstanding individuals for their achievements in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality and lifestyle.
Also on the morning of May 14, the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Giao district held a get-together to celebrate the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh and summarize 10 years of implementing the 12th Politburo’s Directive No. 05-CT/TW on “Acceleration of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality and lifestyle”.
From 2016 to 2025, Phu Giao district’s Party Committee has actively directed the widespread promotion of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality and lifestyle throughout the political system and among people from all strata. Each year, grassroots Party organizations have adapted the implementation of the directive to fit their respective agencies, units and localities, in connection with central resolutions on Party building, rectification and patriotic emulation movements. Many good activities and models such as "Self-managed veteran road", "Raising piggy banks to save money", "Farmers competing in good production and business" associated with new-style rural construction...have been replicated.
On this occasion, Phu Giao district’s People's Committee honored 41 collectives and 84 individuals for their outstanding performance in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality and lifestyle during the 2016–2025 period.
