By these models, since 2006 the ward women union has mobilized more than VND1bil to offer non-interest rate loans for hundreds of membership female lodgers.Nguyen Thi Kim Phung in quarter 9, a single mom has struggled with living to take care of 3 young children. Witnessing her difficult circumstance, the ward women union mobilized donors to grant 10kg of rice and other essential goods for her family.
