Many positive changes
Along streets in Phuoc Hoa commune, immense rubber plantations and gracious houses have emerged rapidly. Le Thanh Quan, chairman of the communal People’s Committee, said rubber tree has brought a comfortable life for local residents and contributed to spur local socio-economic development.
Areas planting various vegetables in rubber plantations have upheld high efficiency. Now, per capita average income in the locality is at VND15mil per year. The number of local families involving in trade and service fields has accounted for 26.6%.
Annually, the locality implements technical transfer programs for local farmers to apply into their production. In the coming time, the commune will upgrade and repair routes in a bid to cater for local people’s demand on goods transport.
Economic and urban development
Phuoc Hoa communal economy has strongly changed thanks to proper orientations. However, the locality has encountered with some difficulties of environmental pollution, traffic safety and so on.
In the coming time, Phuoc Hoa’s economy will develop in line with planning roadmap of urban development. Tran Manh Phuc, secretary of the communal party committee, said “since 2006, with development of rubber tree, local residents’ life has really changed”.
Phuoc Hoa of today has really changed on all areas. Image of future urban area has gradually emerged at this land. Local residents’ life has been changed positively. Once the locality becomes a township, it is sure that local people’s material and spiritual life will be improved strongly.
