On Jan. 27, Phuoc Vinh B primary school, Phu Giao district held a ceremony to receive the title of national standard school level 1. Phuoc Vinh B primary school was separated from Phuoc Vinh primary school in Oct. 2000. After over 14 years of construction and development, staff of teachers, cadres and employees have made greater efforts to reach many remarkable achievements.
At present, the school has had 13 classrooms with 368 pupils. The school’s material facilities ensure teaching and learning. Annually, the school mobilizes 100% of pupils at 6 to go to school.
As a result, Phuoc Vinh B primary school had 97.9% fair pupils in the school year of 2013-2014 and nearly 100% of pupils completed primary program. Phuoc Vinh B primary school is the 12th one among 15 primary schools in Phu Giao district recognized as the national standard school.
Also the same day, Nguyen Thai Binh secondary school in Thuan An town got the title of national standard school in the period of 2014-2019.
Nguyen Thai Binh secondary school put into operation in Jan. 2012 with the area of 21,342sqm including 29 classrooms and 15 functional rooms. The entire school now has 1,060 pupils.
Over the past 3 years, the school’s pupils reached 91 town prizes, 32 provincial awards and 1 national one. Nguyen Thai Binh secondary school is 6 among 8 secondary schools in Thuan An town getting the national standard.
