Beginning from 2014 and 2015, Bach Dang commune in Tan Uyen town will fulfill its pilot movements on lifelong learning in family and community for experience to be able to widely implement across the province.
The movements of “Fond-of-learning families”, “Fond-of-learning residential areas”, “Fond-of-learning units”, “Fond-of-learning clans” will be promoted across the province from 2016 to 2020. The set targets are to get 100% of cadres and members of Study Promotion Associations at all levels of the province with training on learning-based society, lifelong learning models in family and community; have 70% of families with the title of “Fond-of-learning families”, 50% of units with the title of “Fond-of-learning units”…
Measures to build up a learning-based society and lifelong learning models among cadres, Party members and people from all strata; consolidate and enhance the quality of community learning centers in communes, wards and township; inspect, assess and recognize the titles of “Fond-of-learning families”, “Fond-of-learning clans”, “Fond-of-learning residential areas” will be also put forward.
