The ophthalmology of provincial Center for Social Diseases Control and Prevention has just joined hands with Tan Uyen town’s Health Center to provide free eye check-up and glasses for the local poor pupils suffering from refraction eye diseases (photo).
Accordingly, physicians of the two units provided eye check-up for around 4,000 pupils at three junior high schools, namely Tan Phuoc Khanh, Nguyen Quoc Phu and Thai Hoa.
After being examined, the above pupils will be given glasses if having demand, helping them better study and get more comfortable in their daily activities. This is part of Tan Uyen town’s Health Center’s program against refraction eye diseases among pupils.
