On Aug. 22, the provincial People’s Committee held the ceremony to honor and award 515 typical workers of the 2014 movement of “Good and creative laborers”. They are excellent and creative laborers, helping together develop and set out initiatives and solutions to bring significant results.

As the team head, she always sets an example to minimize errors in job. In addition, owing to constant renovation of printing sector, she makes greater efforts to grasp process and technique to master machines for the sake of application into production.
Moreover, she is the vice head of the company’s trade union team No.3. Therefore, she always grasps laborers’ aspirations and family circumstances to take care of their material and spiritual life, creating solidarity in the company.
Over the past years, she was awarded the title of grassroot emulation soldier. Especially, she was in 2013 granted the provincial People’s Committee’s merit certificate for her excellent achievements in job.

With the awareness on building clean living environment, Dung makes greater efforts to complete the entrusted tasks.
Dung said that local people’s awareness on environmental protection remains limited. Some sewers on the municipal streets are disposed rubbish by local resident, so he must collect garbage by his hands. Thanks to dedication to job, Dung has been since 2007 awarded by the company for his excellent completion of the entrusted jobs.

Le Thi Thuan’s colleagues and bosses assess that Thuan is always enthusiastic and dedicated to her job and helps colleagues.
Latex tapping not only is a hard work but requires skill, so right from the early days of latex tapping, Thuan makes efforts to learn experiences of colleagues. In the recent years, she is always in the top list of excellent workers.
Over the past 15 years of tapping rubber latex, Thuan manages to complete her job effectively. Therefore, she has in many consecutive years finalized her tasks excellently, contributing to complete the company’s plans of production and business.

After 6 years of working, Le Ngoc Tuyen, electricity maintenance technician of Prestar Industries Vietnam Co.Ltd. always promotes his initiatives to apply them into production.
Lastly, he set out an initiative of automatically running the company’s machines. In addition, he always learns experiences from books and colleagues. Tuyen shared “Learning helps me exploit and find out many ideas for the process of labor”.

Le Van Nhat, technician of hi-grade accessories factory of Dat Hoa Plastic Co.Ltd. always has high responsibility in his job. Over the past years, he set out initiative of renovating and improving production efficiency and increasing longevity of machines and equipment. Lastly, he successfully invented a lubricate machine system to adequate offer lubricant for machines, helping increase machines’ longevity and increase production.
