It is expected that in this year's Action Month for Victims of AO/dioxin, provincial Association of Victims of AO/dioxin will support its branches with funding to give gifts for about 210 victims. Each gift is worth VND1million in cash. The association will also coordinate with relevant units to visit victims with extremely difficult circumstances.
