Provincial leaders honor journalists winning national and regional press awards in 2023
In 2023, press agencies in and out of the the province well performed their functions and tasks in propaganda work; implemented and published tens of thousands of press products to protect the Party's ideological foundation, guide public opinion, fight and refute bad and toxic information; honestly and objectively reflected cases; opportunely propagandized the meaning of major holidays and important events of the country and locality. Speaking at the get-together, Mr. Ha thanked press agencies in and out of the province for accompanying Binh Duong throughout the local construction and development process while congratulating and praising journalists who have won awards at national and regional press competitions. Provincial leaders hope that press agencies and journalists will further accompany, adhere to, and be responsible, "understanding Binh Duong - for Binh Duong" to contribute to creating a high consensus among people and the business community. Through press works, they will actively promote and introduce the potential and strengths of Binh Duong, encourage the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army of the province to unite and contribute their efforts and intelligence to completing the set target, building Binh Duong province into a smart, civilized, modern, affectionate and worth-living place.
On this occasion, provincial leaders honored journalists winning the National Press Awards, the National Press Awards on Party Building (the “Golden Hammer and Sickle” Awards), the writing contest on Protecting ideological foundations of the Party, the National Press Awards on the National Assembly and People's Council (Dien Hong Awards), the Press Awards for the Southeastern Region. Also at the get-together, provincial Journalists Association launched the 2024 Nguyen Van Tiet Press Awards.
