On the morning of February 21, Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee held a Spring 2025 Press Conference at the Provincial Convention - Exhibition Center. Attending the event were Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Loc, Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Bui Thanh Nhan, Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh, Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Di An City Party Committee, and other members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; leaders of provincial agencies and departments. On the side of press agencies, there was the participation of Mr. Tran Trong Dung, Vice President in charge of the South of the Vietnam Journalists Association; leaders of press agencies inside and outside the province; former leaders of press agencies throughout periods, along with reporters and journalists.

In 2024, press agencies inside and outside the province did a good job of propagating, protecting the Party's ideological foundation, orienting public opinion, fighting and refuting bad and toxic information; promptly, honestly, objectively reflecting incidents of public interest and "hot" issues occurring locally. Many press agencies are actively implementing digital transformation, constantly innovating content and appearance, employing modern, multi-platform, and multimedia journalism technology, and meeting information needs of people and business communities inside and outside the province. Reporters and journalists actively participated in competitions and won many high prizes at national, regional and provincial press awards.
During the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Loc expressed his gratitude to the press agencies both within and outside the province for their support of Binh Duong's construction and development efforts; also congratulated and praised the journalists and reporters who received awards at national and regional press competitions. This acknowledgment highlights their commitment to reality and the important role they play in closely observing social life, which enables them to produce high-quality work. The year 2025 has a particularly important meaning, a year of big, important events, breakthrough innovations, drastic streamlining of the political system apparatus, striving to complete the double-digit growth target, creating a solid foundation for the development of the province in the term 2025 - 2030. To achieve these goals, provincial leaders hope that press agencies will continue to support, research, and create many outstanding press works that contribute positively to the province's development.
On this occasion, provincial leaders honored journalists whose works won journalism awards organized by central and regional agencies in 2024. The Provincial Journalists Association also launched the 2025 Nguyen Van Tiet Journalism Award for Binh Duong Province.
