Aside from activities of conference, seminar, rehearsal, sporting festival on fire fighting and prevention, the provincial fire fighting and prevention police department has reinforced promulgations to local residents by various modes of leaflet offering, mobile film screening, photo exhibition on fire fighting and prevention. The functional agencies have conducted inspections on fire fighting and prevention across companies.
However, since 2001 the entire province has occurred 430 fires and 4 explosions, killing 13, injuring 112. The main reason of the fires was to problems of technique and electric leak…
Besides, promulgation and legal dissemination on fire fighting and prevention remains restrictions. To improve the status, the local administration asked localities to obey the law on fire fighting and prevention, equip fire fighting facilities and hold rehearsals on fire fighting and prevention and so on.
