At the same time, to proactively coordinate with local authorities and entrusted socio-political organizations to drastically deploy assigned credit plan targets, with priority given to poor, near-poor, and poverty-escaping households in the period 2023-2025; strengthen information and propagation to fully implement commitments and regulations when borrowing policy credit...
