On the morning of April 18, Binh Duong Provincial Party Standing Committee held a conference to collect opinions from former Standing Committee members of the Provincial Party Committee and former members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the Draft Project to end the operation of district-level administrative units, rearrange commune-level administrative units and organize the apparatus of the two-level political system after the rearrangement.
