Welcoming the 7th Congress of Binh Duong Provincial Vietnam Youth Federation, tenure 2019-2024, Provincial Young Workers and Laborers Supporting Center actively developed projects to serve young workers. This helped enhance the propagation on this organization among members and workers.

To increase propagation activities
In all propagation panels or programs turning towards the congress of Provincial Young Workers and Laborers Supporting Center have the words: Welcome the 7th Congress of Provincial Vietnam Youth Federation. Programs of the center were publicly posted on social networks, like Zalo and Facebook, so that members were able to know and introduce to friends and other workers about Vietnamese youth associations and join them.
Do Van Phung, Director of Provincial Young Workers and Laborers Supporting Center, said: “Welcoming the 7th Congress of Provincial Vietnam Youth Federation, tenure 2019-2024, the center strengthened the propagation through programs and activities organized for members and young workers. Thereby, young workers would be prouder and more confident about joining the organization and useful activities to develop youth organizations”. Nguyen Trung Tinh, member of Young Workers’ Association in Ben Cat Town, shared: “As a member of young association, I need to understand and know about events of the association. Since then, I myself believe in and love youth movements”.
Diverse activities
To welcome the 7th Congress of Provincial Vietnam Youth Federation, Provincial Young Workers and Laborers Supporting Center organized welcoming programs and activities before and after the congress. Many useful programs to create playful playgrounds for young workers and laborers were specifically planned in terms of time and place for young workers to actively join these.
Accordingly, from Sep 29, the center will hold "Happy Sunday" program to launch Thao Hien Young Workers Association and Young Workers Connecting Club of Phu Tho Ward (Thu Dau Mot City); at the same time communicate drug prevention and control so that young workers could raise awareness of the harms and dangers of drug evils. Then, from 10 to 15 Oct, the center will hold a contest of young workers singing at the center and in industrial parks; "Workers’ Fair" from 10 to 20 Oct in Hoa Loi social housing area (Ben Cat Township). At the same time, the center cooperates with Thu Dau Mot City Youth Union to organize a "Workers’ Fair" which will take place from 26 to 27 Oct at Phu Chanh bus station. In addition, the center collaborates with Provincial Women's Union to hold 12 pre-marital counseling programs and launch Young Workers Connecting Club No. 21 at Hoa Net Wood Technology Company (Vietnam - Singapore 2 Industrial Park).
Mr. Phung, Director of the center, added: “In these programs, activities will be started with propagating about the Congress so that young workers will better understand the organization that they are participating in. When young workers understand the meaning of this Congress, including many contents of constructing and determining useful and effective activities for young people, they would love and voluntarily join the organization”.
