At the propaganda session, representative of the PV05 Department informed of the situation of crimes, especially ones using high technology to cheat and appropriate people’s property with some common tricks, such as: Borrowing money online via phone apps; recruiting online sales collaborators; buying and selling goods online by transferring deposit in advance; receiving gifts from foreign countries via online relationship…There were many cases with female victims in the province.
As recommended, people need to be very wary of the above tricks so as not to become victims of fraud cases. When detecting suspicions related to crimes, people should make denunciations to the nearest police agencies for verifying and handling them under regulations. Only in this way, there will be no wrongdoings arising, contributing to the local fight against crimes, ensuring security and order at grassroots level.
