Thu Dau Mot city’s Police Agency has attached special importance to propaganda on traffic safety and fire prevention-fighting at the local schools. This work is done regularly to raise awareness of safe traffic participation among students as well as equipping them with necessary skills to help them handle situations when a fire or explosion occurs.
Responding to the above spirit, Phu Loi ward’s Police Agency coordinated with Thu Dau Mot city’s Police Agency’s Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team, Traffic Police Team and Phu Loi 2 Primary School’s Management Board of to organize propaganda for 1,200 students and teachers. At the propaganda session, the school’s students were instructed to recognize signs and orders of traffic police; answered appropriate questions to increase their memory ability when participating in traffic.
For the content of fire prevention and rescue, reporter of the propaganda session guided teachers, staff and students on how to use fire extinguishers; practice rescue maneuvers; handle fire cases when there are no anti-fire equipment and practice actions getting out of danger when a fire occurs.
