Celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory, Binh Duong Provincial Youth Union launched a set of publications with the meaning "Dien Bien Phu Victory - Famous on five continents, shaking the earth", "Dien Bien Phu Victory - Strength of Vietnam in the Ho Chi Minh era"... Along with this set, historical landmarks and young heroic martyrs who sacrificed in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign have been increasingly shared on social networks and by all levels of the Youth Union.
According to the Provincial Youth Union’s Standing Committee, the Provincial Youth Union will organize a trip to meet historical witnesses with thematic activities about the Dien Bien Phu Victory. In addition, the Provincial Youth Union directed all levels of the Youth Union to organize activities for propagandists, young theoretical clubs, union branches, and associations on the topic of Dien Bien Phu Victory, arousing and promoting patriotic traditions, revolutionary heroism... On the other hand, Youth Unions - Associations - HYPOs at all levels instruct union members and children to respond to the Central and provincial government’s activities commemorating the Dien Bien Phu Victory; At the same time, diversify activities such as wall newspaper contests, writing contests, multiple choice tests, online contests about the victory, and launch peak competitions to carry out projects and tasks.
In Di An City, Youth Union - Association - HYPO organizations in the city actively responded to peak emulation to celebrate the Dien Bien Phu Victory. The City Youth Union and the City HYPO Council have coordinated with the City Office of Education and Training to organize the contest "The Pride of Dien Bien". The program was elaborately and impressively staged with the participation of more than 500 team members and students. The contest included vivid theatrical performances about the historical atmosphere, the heroic struggle of the Vietnam People's Army in the long resistance war for national salvation and the heroic victory at the Dien Bien Phu front.
To implement the direction of Provincial HYPO Council on launching participation in the 2024 postage stamp collection and contest to learn about the "70 years of the historic victory of Dien Bien Phu through postage stamps", HYPO Council of districts, towns and cities have mobilized HYPOs to actively participate in this program. Through the contest, each student will spread a meaningful message about patriotism and gratitude to previous generations who spared no blood and sacrifice for national independence.

In the atmosphere of celebrating the 49th anniversary of the Southern liberation, the National Reunification Day and emulating achievements to welcome the Vietnam Youth Union Congress at all levels for the 2024-2029 term, Youth Unions - Associations - HYPOs in the province have organized various activities to pay tribute to the ancestors.
In the last days of April, Ben Cat Town youth union members urgently carried out the project "3,866 lotus flowers offered - gratitude to heroic martyrs". Young people put flower vases on each grave of heroic martyrs at the town's Martyrs Cemetery. Each flower was placed in the vase with respect and reminds young people to always remember the merits of heroic martyrs.
The activity "When drinking water, remember the source" is also implemented practically and widely by Youth Union facilities. Namely, "Picnic to help the people" program included visiting, giving medical examinations and giving gifts to former youth volunteers are outstanding activities of the youth of Tan Dinh commune (Bac Tan Uyen district). At the homes of former youth volunteers in the commune, union members and children together took care of vegetable gardens, cleaned up around the house and listened to stories about the period of revolutionary struggle to protect the Fatherland.
