Over the past four months, 4 action programs for implementation of the Resolution of the 11th National Trade Union Congress, including the “Program on member admission”, the “Program on improving the quality of trade union cadres”, the “Program on improving trade unionists and laborers’ skills” and the “Program on enhancing the quality of collective labor deals for the period of 2013-2018” were effectively realized by the Trade Union. The Trade Union has also taken more effective solutions.
