Le Nho Luong, Chairman of province-based Ips’Trade Union said that the above activities have aimed to keep laborers. The Trade Union has also always raised the quality of activities to ensure its role in protecting laborers’ legitimate rights and interests.
Province-based Ips’Trade Union has also opened training courses on skills of finance, law, labor…for 750 Trade Union cadres, aiming to raise their qualification; set up a club for Trade Union cadres at Song Than II and Dong An Industrial Parks with 32 members.
Province-based Ips’Trade Union has so far carried out a lot of meaningful activities for laborers. Noticeably, the Trade Union has maintained its “mutual affective and love” fund of nearly VND258mln. Mr.Luong said that the fund has been formed up from contributions by trade union locals, enterprises, organizations and individuals. Its goal is to offer help to laborers with extremely difficult circumstances.
With its efforts for laborers, province-based Ips’Trade Union is not only a support of laborers and trade union locals, but also a place that enterprises send their faith to, contributing to building up harmonious labor relations.
Over the past time, province-based Ips’Trade Union paid more attention to improving the quality of its activities both in content and form, setting up additional members…It last year established additional 28 trade union locals or 127% of the yearly plan, admitted more than 17,300 trade unionists or 432% of the yearly plan. So far, there has been a total of 350 trade union locals with more than 118,300 trade union locals.
