Province extends social distancing until September 15

*Conditions to collect and treat 150,000 cases of F0 under preparation

On August 28, provincial Party Standing Committee requested all-level Party committees, authorities, agencies and units to continue strictly implementing the Prime Minister’s Directive No.16 until September 15 in association with implementing the local plan on collection and treatment for 150,000 F0 cases.

To ensure the good implementation of the requirements, provincial Party Standing Committee has assigned comrades to inspect Covid-19 prevention and control in communes, wards and quarters, especially in 11 wards in the "red zones" that have been locked down in order to promptly remove obstacles, correct shortcomings for better results in pandemic prevention and control.

Provincial Party Standing Committee has also required that testing must be carried out quickly to separate F0 cases from the community. If positive cases are detected after rapid tests, they must be immediately taken to the treatment area without waiting for the PCR results. Besides, all-level authorities, agencies and units of the province have been required to have good preparation in terms of logistics and drug procurement; continue promoting the results of treatment on raising treatment floors, stratifying treatment floors at hospitals; fully tapping means of transport, mobilizing large trucks to quickly deliver commodities to people, especially those in the "red zone" localities at “4 on-site” requirements.

In addition, provincial Party Standing Committee has allowed enterprises to carry out production under the "1 road, 2 locations" model. Provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs will mobilize Covid-19 patients who have given the all-clear to stay in pandemic prevention and control area to join in supporting the treatment and care of other patients. Relevant units and 1022 hotline need to recheck, pay attention to technology application for operate more efficiently.

Provincial Party Standing Committee also agreed with a policy of converting a part of the treatment area for Covid-19 patients in Thoi Hoa 2 under the Binh Duong No. 1 Field Hospital for collecting and treating of Covid-19 patients on the second floor; agreed to adjust the working time at provincial Intergated Administration Center on September 15, but the center must ensure safe conditions for Covid-19 prevention and control to serve agencies and units when returning to work.
