The province now has a total of 81,518 elderly people, 16,800 disabled people, 2,146 children with extremely difficult circumstances and more than 28,500 people who enjoy monthly allowances. Along with localities nationwide, the province has always implemented social policies, which is both a goal and a motivation for sustainable socio-political development. The province has also carried out a social work development occupation program, raising awareness of the entire society about this occupation and building up the sector’s competent staff.
