Accordingly, on August 24, provincial DoFA sent the Official Dispatch No. 620/SNgV-LS on the implementation of Covid-19 vaccination for foreigners, requesting provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to inform businesses, units, organizations and foreigners living, working and studying in the province of making the list of foreigners to be got vaccines against Covid-19 for the next stage.
Vaccinated subjects are foreigners aged 18 years and above who are living, working or studying in the province and have not been vaccinated against Covid-19 yet. These foreigners (excluding Chinese citizens) have registered for vaccination from August 26 to August 29. Chinese citizens are under the third-stage vaccination. After August 28, if they have not been vaccinated yet, they will register for vaccination under the official dispatch from 29 to 31 August.
