Late October 21, Huynh Van Nhi, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee received and worked with a delegation of the Vietnam Red Cross Society (VRC) Central Committee, led by Nguyen Huu Hong Vice-Chairman of the VRC Central Committee, to review the local five-year implementation of the Law on Red Cross activities and relevant documents.
