Mixing with lively emulation ambience of youth nationwide, the provincial armed force’s youth launches the Youth Month 2015 with numerous useful and significant activities to celebrate the founding anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the 40th anniversary of Southern liberation and national unification (April 30, 1975-2015).
At the launching ceremony of the Youth Month 2015 held on March 8, all level leaders reviewed highlighted results of the Youth Month, armed force Youth Union’s operation in 2014. Accordingly, with attention and instruction of the provincial Military Headquarters’ party committee, agencies, units and orgnizations under the provincial armed force overall implemented activities with plentiful contents.
Many movements were held significantly and effectively. However, looking back armed force youth’s operation in 2014, there were shortcomings, so it is essential to draw experiences in 2015.
From this reality, in 2015 Colonel Ao Tan Tai, deputy commissar of the provincial military headquarters asks cadres, youths and unionists must specify significance of the Youth Month 2015 to set actively out concrete activities of every agencies, units, localities. Besides, youth unions should spur dissemination and education on improving responsibility and disciplines of military, soliders and armed forces. In addition, colonel Ao Tan Tai also stressed that to promote youths and unionists’ responsibility, youth union leaguers must become typical examples and always join in voluntary activities and more.
In the 2015 Youth Month, the provincial armed force youth maps out detailed and significant plans to launch for youths and unionists. In the first week, from March 2-9 with the theme of “Youth for living environment, armed force youth spurs dissemination on environmental protection, builds houses for poor leaguers.
In the second week, from March 10-16 with the theme of “Armed force youth builds and protect the country”, the provincial armed force youth will focus on holding art and sport activities, keep and ensure traffic safety and order and more. From March 17-30 with the theme of “Promoting tradition of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union”, “the provincial armed force youth and spiritual and cultural life”, the provincial armed force youth union will focus on holding anniversaries of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and accelarate art and culture activities. With enthusiasm, creation through concrete activities, the provincial armed force youth will carry out the Youth Month 2015. This will be also a political activity to inspire pride and tradition of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth, eyeing the 40th anniversary of Southern liberation day.
