The club is expanding to all volunteers in the province irrespective of their positions or religion the share common target of helping people through difficulties to be integrated into the community. Established in 1993 the club is a part of province’s Red Cross. Taking the teaching of Uncle Ho to protect people’s health and by a true heart do whatever meaningful to reduce grief, the club has been operating and reaching to other provinces in the past 5 years. They come with a kind heart as well as gifts to flood-hit and remote areas, to ethnic communities, to handicaps, to Agent Orange victims, to heroic mothers, and to the poor.

Beyond from charity gifts, the club has also mobilize for children heart operation and eye operation treatment for the blind, for scholarship and gifts to school children, for charity houses and classrooms, for charity healthcare, and other programs supporting flood-hit victims. The club follows its motto of on-site help for people in difficulties by mentally sharing and properties.
Volunteers have donated up to VND 12.5 billion to the club in the past 5 years to response to movement of charity work of each volunteer to each address. Donation is expanded thanks to contribution of businesses, elder people, the youths, school students, and workers.
Monk Thich Minh Thien, the club leader, said that the movement has prompted volunteers to contribute as sentiment of human for human by practical support in a sense that helping others is helping oneself.
He also asserted that achievements gained are thanks to leadership of the provincial authority and Red Cross public affairs board which both help the club to design proper work and maintain vital contribution and donation of volunteers. Besides, donation comes from other sources of businesses, religious institutions, and kind-hearted people. As a result, the club is honored by the province and central governing body for its effective charity work.
