To celebrate the “World Consumer Rights Day” (March 15th), morning March 13th, Binh Duong province Consumer’s rights protection association held a conference to review activities in 2014, deploy orientations tasks in 2015.
The conference focused on discussing issues in consumer’s rights protection activities, such as: consumers become more aware of choosing products with labels and known origin. However, some consumers are still afraid seeking authorities when having product complaints, fake and low-quality products, overpriced products; funds for the association are limited…
At the conference, participants contributed many ideas to consumer’s rights protection activities, which should focus on 5 main tasks of helping consumers to identify authentic and fake goods; develop new members, groups, clubs of consumer’s rights protection…
On this occasion, 7 collectives received certificates of merit from Vietnam Consumer’s rights protection Standards Association for outstanding achievements in 2014. In addition, 6 individuals were awarded certificates of merit from Department of Industry and Trade for excellent jobs in consumer’s rights protection.
