Early December 12, provincial Customers’ Right Protection Association (CRPA) held a conference to review its activities in 2017 and extend tasks for 2018.
In 2017, the association and its branches were proactive to set up action programs and effectively realize the set tasks. The association dealt with 13 complaints and boosted law dissemination on customers’ right protection, contributing to raise customers’ awareness; strengthened the fight against trade fraud…
The association has set up 8 major tasks for 2018, including further developing customers’ right protection groups and clubs; admitting another members; opportunely handling complaints as stipulated. On this occasion, outstanding collectives and individuals were also awarded the certificates of merit of the Central Committee of Vietnam Customers’ Right Protection Association.
