On the afternoon of July 25, provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DoNRE) celebrated its 20th anniversary at provincial Convention and Exhibition Center, in attendance of Mai Hung Dung, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Pernament Vice- Chairman of provincial People's Committee; leaders of departments, sectors and localities; former leaders of the department over periods.
Since its inception, on the basis of inheriting and promoting the tradition of its predecessor fields, provincial DoNRE has well performed the functions and tasks of a multi-field management department, helping provincial People's Committee control over management of natural resources and environment. The Department has advised the province on many guidelines, mechanisms, policies, plans and legal documents in line with reality in the State management of surveying land; planning in the field of land; mineral resources, environment, water resources, hydrometeorology, climate change...
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dung spoke highly of the efforts by the sector of natural resources and environment over periods.
