As implementing the plan of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on launching special emulation movements to celebrate major holidays and political events of the country and the province, to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, the 12th Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and moving towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Provincial Enterprises’ bloc Party Committee launched emulation movements throughout the bloc, combined with the successful implementation of political and professional tasks of agencies, units and enterprises.
Exceed targets and tasks
Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung, Secretary of the Party Committee of Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP), said that the VSIP Party Committee has implemented emulation movements and accelerated the successful completion of targets and tasks according to the annual plan and the entire 2020-2025 term.
Accordingly, in 2024, VSIP Party Committee has focused on completing the targets and tasks of Party building work, especially completing and exceeding the target of admitting new Party members. With this determination, up to now, the entire VSIP Party Committee has admitted 26 new party members, exceeding the assigned target by 6 party members; during the entire term, 81 party members have been admitted, exceeding the assigned target by 1 party member. In response to the special emulation movement, from now until the end of 2024, the VSIP Party Committee will strive to admit five more party members, significantly exceeding the target for new admissions.
Party members, union members and employees of Far Eastern Apparel Vietnam Co., Ltd. (VSIP 1) respond to emulation movements to best fulfill targets and tasks set.
The Party Committee and the VSIP Trade Union have launched extensive patriotic emulation movements among union members and workers in VSIP enterprises. Initiatives like "Good Workers - Creative Workers", "Promoting Innovations and Technical Improvements"… have been implemented to enhance production and business efficiency and to increase workers' income. These efforts create a driving force that contributes to the sustainable development of enterprises.

At the Ben Cat Industrial Park Union Party Cell, a special emulation movement has been actively pursued for 400 days and nights. This initiative has been implemented across all Party cells, as well as in enterprises with Party members, union officials, and employees. The movement is aligned with the successful execution of political and professional goals within the unit and enterprise.
Mr. Truong Van Phi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Vice Chairman of the Ben Cat Industrial Park’s Trade Union, said that the Party Cell is competing to accelerate the completion of the set targets and tasks; especially successfully completing the target of developing new Party members. With high determination, up to now, the Party cell has admitted 20/20 new Party members, reaching 100% of the resolution target for the 2020-2025 term. In response to the Enterprises Bloc's mandate to develop 50 party members throughout the 2020-2025 term, the Party cell is intensifying its efforts to achieve this goal in 2024. At the same time, the Party cell selected 32 outstanding people to attend a Party awareness training class; as a result, 32 people were granted certificates; and provided guidance on writing resumes for 41 outstanding people who attended the Party training class...
Along with that, the targets on developing grassroots trade union organizations and new union members have also been effectively implemented by trade unions at all levels of Ben Cat Industrial Parks. Up to now, the Ben Cat Industrial Park Trade Union has promoted and mobilized the establishment of 20/20 new trade unions, reaching a rate of 100%; recruited and developed 4,615 new union members...
Besides, the Party cell and the Executive Committee of Ben Cat Industrial Park Trade Union enhance activities to take care of the lives of union members and workers, especially at the end of the year and the Lunar New Year 2025. In enterprises, party members and grassroots trade unions actively collaborate with enterprises to effectively organize patriotic emulation movements, such as "Good workers - Creative workers", "Promoting initiatives and technical improvements", "Green, clean, beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene"... Thereby, mobilizing the strength of party members, union members and workers to join hands and unite to successfully implement the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels.

Mr. Thai Tran Quoc Bao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Enterprises’ Bloc, said that the special emulation movement of 400 days and nights was implemented by the Party Committee of the Enterprises Bloc in all fields, especially the creative emulation movements, enterprising for the common benefit, for the development of the unit, enterprises and the province.
Accordingly, based on the emulation plan and the tasks of each unit and enterprise for the remaining time of 2024 and the entire term of 2020-2025, an emulation plan was developed close to the practical situation and leadership. The movement has been done at units and enterprises to achieve practical results; especially emulation in economic development, digital transformation, environmental protection, care for material and spiritual life, health care for employees...
In addition, the Party Committee of the Enterprises’ Bloc strengthens propaganda and communication, upholds the spirit of solidarity and efforts of cadres, party members, union members, and employees to actively respond to the emulation movement with practical work associated with the implementation of programs and key targets in 2024, 2025 and the entire term...
Party committees at all levels proactively review, check, supervise, and complete ahead of schedule essential programs and projects of each unit and enterprise, especially exceeding targets of Party building; organize commendations and rewards for collectives and individuals having excellent performance in the emulation movement, contributing to spreading advanced models, good people, good deeds... This will create a vibrant, competitive atmosphere and encourage union members and employees to promote their ability to contribute to the construction and development of agencies, units, and enterprises.
