On the morning of August 20, Nguyen Van Loi, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Loc Ha, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Van Danh, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and leaders of provincial departments and branches inspected and surveyed traffic construction projects and preparations for the new school year in Dau Tieng district.
At the inspection, provincial leaders listened to local and unit reports on related issues as well as the construction progress of Ho Chi Minh road, Chon Thanh - Duc Hoa section through Binh Duong province. The Provincial Party Secretary also visited and gave gifts to construction workers, encouraged the constructors to quickly complete the project; at the same time, reminded the People's Committee of Dau Tieng district to resolve remaining problems in site clearance to complete the project on schedule. The Ho Chi Minh Road project, Chon Thanh - Duc Hoa section through Binh Duong province, is about 31.6km long, with a 40m wide roadbed and some components on the route. The project has a size of a six-lane highway, expected to be completed in 2025.
The provincial leadership delegation also inspected preparations for the new school year 2024-2025 at Thanh Tuyen High School in Thanh Tuyen commune. The school is built on an area of nearly 3.6 hectares including classrooms, administrative blocks, multi-purpose gymnasiums with full equipment to support teaching, playing, and physical training and sports. This is one of the key projects of the district and receives much attention of the province to achieve the goal of comprehensive fundamental innovation in education and training. Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Loi highly appreciated the school's preparations for the new school year, and encouraged teachers of Thanh Tuyen High School and the education sector of Dau Tieng district to make efforts to overcome difficulties and prepare the best conditions for the new school year.
