Provincial leaders meet 152 officials sent to postgraduate training courses

On the afternoon of November 17, provincial Party Committee organized a meeting between provincial leaders and officials selected and sent to postgraduate training courses. Nguyen Hoang Thao, Permanent Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee chaired the meeting.

The meeting was attended by members of provincial Party Standing Committee and 152 officials selected for postgraduate training.

Over the past time, with the timely attention and leadership of provincial Party Committee and People's Committee, the province’s work of training and fostering cadres, civil servants and public employees achieved many important results. The province has always created favorable conditions in terms of time and funding to carry out training; reasonably arranged to help cadres, civil servants and public employees develop their own abilities after training. The province’s current policies that provide appropriate and timely support have contributed to maintaining and developing human resources and creating motivation to encourage officials, civil servants and public employees to feel secure in their work and regularly study to improve their qualifications.

Since 2022, there are 152 officials, civil servants and public employees selected by provincial Council for Training and Attracting Human Resources for postgraduate training (including 91 studying for master's degrees, 61 being postgraduates).

Speaking at the meeting, on behalf of provincial leaders, Mr. Thao congratulated 152 officials selected for postgraduate training while emphasizing that this is a high-quality workforce with contributions to the local development.

He wanted that officials selected for postgraduate training should promote the spirit of learning, researching, completing their training programs, constantly improving their professional capacity, well serving their work, making practical contributions to agencies and units, striving to become leaders in all-level political system of the province in the future.

In addition, he emphasized that the province has always paid attention to policies on investment and attraction of human resources. In the conditions of economy 4.0, units must orient training in specialized fields to meet the local development needs.
