On behalf of provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Fatherland Front Committee, Mr.Canh extended best regards to the above policy beneficiaries. He stressed: “The annual War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day is a chance for us to pay tribute to heroes, martyrs and those with merits to the revolution. Under the “When drinking water, remember its source” moral principle, the local administration and people have always paid attention to “paying debt of gratitude” activities…”.
He also wished heroic Vietnamese mothers good health while wanting them to further encourage their descendants to make contributions to the national construction and defence cause…
On this occasion, 85 policy beneficiary families in Vinh Tan commune have been given gifts from the province, Tan Uyen town and the communal People’s Committee.
*On the morning of the same day, Tran Van Nam, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of provincial People’s Committee led a delegation of provincial leaders to visit and donate gifts worth VND2mln to 2 war invalids with ¼ disability level Phan Binh and Tran Van Lap in Thuan An town’s An Thanh ward.

*A delegation of provincial leaders, headed by Nguyen Minh Giao, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Commission for Education and Propaganda, also visited and gave gifts for 5 policy beneficiary families in Di An town’s Tan Dong Hiep ward.
In the visiting places, Mr.Giao extended best regards and donated gifts to heroic Vietnamese mother Tran Thi Hai, the family of Chu Quoc Moc, a war invalid with the ¾ disability level, the family of Le Van Cuoc, a former prisoner on Con Dao island and some other policy beneficiary families.
Also on this occasion, 37 policy beneficiary families and revolutionary contributors in Tan Dong Hiep have been presented gifts from the province, the town and mass organizations.
*Nguyen Thanh Liem, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Public Relations Committee led a delegation of provincial leaders to visit and present gifts to 5 policy beneficiary families in Dau Tieng district’s Thanh An commune.
Particularly, the delegation visited and presented gifts worth VND2mln each to 2 heroic Vietnamese mothers Nguyen Thi Chinh, Nguyen Thi Ngau; martyrs’ mother and wife Nguyen Thi Coi; martyrs’ father and war invalid with the ¼ disability level Tran Van Tan and war invalid with the ¼ disability level Nguyen Van Son.
*A delegation of provincial leaders, headed by Nguyen Hoang Chau, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Chief of provincial Party Inspection Commission also paid a gift visit to 5 policy beneficiary families in Phu Giao district’s Phuoc Sang commune.
*Early July 24, Huynh Thanh Long, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Council led a delegation of provincial leaders to visit and present gifts worth VND2mln each to 5 policy beneficiary families of martyrs’ mothers Nguyen Thi Phai, Phan Thi Ca and Mai Thi Nang; martyr’s wife Le Thi Mung and war invalid with the 2/4 disability level Nguyen Thanh Nha in North Tan Uyen district’s Lac An commune.
*The same day, a delegation of provincial leaders, headed by Tran Van Loi, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee paid a visit to policy beneficiary families in TDM city’s Phu Tan and Hoa Phu wards.
In Phu Tan ward, the delegation extended best regards and presented gifts to the family of Le Van Xuoc, a father of martyr and the family of Vo Thi Phuong, a wife of martyr.
Meanwhile, in Hoa Phu ward, the delegation visited and gave gifts for the family of Duong Thi Kiem, a wife of martyr, the family of Pham Van Be, a war invalid with the ¾ disability level and the family of Nguyen Thi Loi, a mother of martyr.
*Nguyen Van Hung, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, General Director of Becamex IDC also led a delegation to visit and present gifts worth VND2mln each to 5 policy beneficiary families in Ben Cat town’s Chanh Phu Hoa ward.
*The same day, a delegation of provincial leaders, led by Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee, visited and presented gifts to 2 heroic Vietnamese mothers Nguyen Thi Xanh and Tran Thi Truu in Bau Bang district’s Lai Hung commune.
The delegation also visited and gave gifts for 3 wounded and sick soldiers in the commune while encouraging them to further make contributions to the cause of homeland construction.
