Early June 6, Vo Van Minh, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Van Dong, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Thu Dau Mot city’s Party Committee; leaders of provincial Labor Union, Thu Dau Mot city… visited and offered gifts to 100 trade unionists and workers of King Jade Co., Ltd. in Thu Dau Mot city’s Hoa Phu ward.
At the visit, Mr. Minh and members of the delegation extended best regards to workers, shared difficulties that workers and the company are facing, due to the general influence of the world’s economic situation. He also suggested trade unions at all levels to further coordinate with the company to have policies to take good care of workers' lives, especially those with difficult circumstances; want workers to continue their efforts to overcome the current difficult period to stick with the compan’s production and business activities.
Representative of King Jade Co., Ltd. said that although the company's production and business activities have faced many difficulties, due to few new orders, the company has still maintained job creation for 1,100 employees, ensuring full benefits for them. The company’s leaders also suggested that the province should have policies to support enterprises in production and business activities so that they can overcome difficulties and create stable jobs for employees.
On this occasion, the delegation also gave 100 gifts for disadvantaged employees of King Jade Co., Ltd., visited sick workers with difficult circumstances at lodging facilities.
