Early April 25, provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee together with leaders of departments, sectors and armed forces of the province, Thu Dau Mot city, Thuan An city... visited and offered incense and flowers at provincial Martyrs' Cemetery on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025). Former State President Nguyen Minh Triet attended the ceremony.

In a solemn atmosphere, delegates respectfully offered wreaths and incense at the Monument of the Fatherland and observed a minute of silence to commemorate the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and national reunification.
To express our deep respect and gratitude for the sacrifices of the heroic martyrs, over the past years, the Party Committee, government and people of Binh Duong province have inherited and promoted the tradition and heroic spirit of the revolution in the resistance war as well as the achievements of Song Be province in the past to achieve comprehensive development achievements. Binh Duong has risen to become one of the dynamic, creative localities, leading the country in many areas of socio-economic development; a major driving force for the development of the key economic region in the South and the whole country.
After the incense offering ceremony, the delegates burned incense at each martyr’s grave at provincial Martyrs’ Cemetery to show their respect and deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs.
This was a meaningful and practical activity organized by Binh Duong province to pay tribute to and commemorate the local heroic martyrs while propagandizing and educating the tradition of “when drinking water, remember its source”, raising the sense of responsibility of all- level authorities, sectors and people, especially young generations in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
